Block of 6 sessions
6 sessions of 60 minutes
I suggest that my clients book a minimum of 6, weekly one-hour sessions to be able to fully explore their goals and objectives. Many clients decide that 6 sessions isn’t enough and move into a longer term program. As your accountability partner, I ask that you complete homework tasks at the end of a session to bring to a subsequent session.
The session will be a video conference using Zoom or Skype.
