1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between The Coach Space (“us”, “we”, “our”) and individuals or entities (“you”, “your”, “Customer”) who purchase a listing on The Coach Space Directory (“Directory”).

By purchasing a listing on our Directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Directory Listings

2.1 Basic Listing

For a fee of £10, we provide a basic listing in the Directory for a period of one (1) year from the date of payment confirmation.

2.3 Listing Placement and Visibility

• Basic listings appear after verified Member listings in search results
• Basic listings do not include the verified badge or a link to a dedicated profile page
• We do not guarantee any specific position in search results within the basic listings section
• We do not guarantee any specific number of views or inquiries as a result of your listing

2.2 Listing Content

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your listing, including but not limited to:

• Your name and professional title
• Professional description
• Profile photo
• Contact details
• Coaching category/specialisation

3. Payment and Subscription

3.1 Payment

• The fee for a basic listing is £10 for one year, payable in advance
• All payments are processed through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
• Payments are non-refundable once your listing is published
• By completing your purchase, you agree to set up a recurring annual subscription

3.2 Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew each year on your renewal date
• The renewal fee (currently £10) will be automatically charged to your payment method on file
• You will be notified by email before your subscription renews
• If your payment fails, your listing may be removed from the Directory

3.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal
• A link to the Stripe Customer Portal is provided in your confirmation email
• Upon cancellation, your listing will be deleted immediately from the Directory
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period

4. Customer Account and Listing Management

4.1 Account Creation

When you purchase a listing, you will be provided with login details to access your Customer account.

4.2 Listing Management

Through your account, you can:

• Update your listing information (description, photo, contact details, etc.)

The only way to remove your listing from the Directory is to cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.

4.3 Subscription Management

Subscription management is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal:

• A link to the Stripe Customer Portal is provided in your confirmation email
• Through the Stripe Customer Portal, you can manage payment methods and cancel your subscription

4.4 Account Deletion

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@thecoachspace.com
• Account deletion will result in the immediate removal of your listing from the Directory

4.5 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Prohibited Content

Your listing must not contain:

• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Claims of qualifications, accreditations, or associations that you do not possess

5.2 Content Rights

By submitting content for your listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on our website for the purpose of promoting your listing.

6. Modifications to Listings

6.1 Customer Modifications

You may modify your listing at any time through your Customer account. Modified content will be published automatically but is subject to review by The Coach Space administrators.

6.2 Administrator Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Edit or amend any listing to ensure compliance with these Terms
• Unpublish or remove listings that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion

6.3 Re-categorisation

We reserve the right to re-categorise listings if we determine they are in an inappropriate category.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Customer

You may request to terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@thecoachspace.com. Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the Directory and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Termination by The Coach Space

We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove your listing without refund if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• We receive valid complaints about your services
• We cease to operate the Directory service

8. Communications and Marketing

8.1 Email Communications

By purchasing a listing on the Directory, you agree to be added to our communications list, which may include:

• Updates about our services or new services on offer
• General newsletter containing a round-up of blogs and coaching resources

8.2 Opt-Out Options

You will be able to opt out of these communications at any time by:

• Using the unsubscribe link included in every email
• Contacting us directly at info@thecoachspace.com

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 Directory Service

The Directory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Directory or the information, content, or materials included in the listings.

9.2 Coach Services

We do not verify the qualifications, experience, or abilities of Customers listed in the Directory. Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by The Coach Space.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Coach Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Directory
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Directory
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Directory

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Coach Space, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your listing or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Directory after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgement and agreement to the modified Terms.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Directory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
